BOND STRENGTH TEST - MANUAL 

Bond strength test definition is test process to know and make sure that the interlining that do attached by fusing machine 

Bond strength test do with the actual of fabric and interlining and do in 3 time per day and 3 position of fusing machine ( left, middle, right ) 

  Step 1

Pls set of fusing machine using as PCC fabric interlining used from supplier ( Temperature, Speed, Pressure ) 

Step 2

Pls make 3 panel for fabric and interlining with the dimension 2” x 7” and add paper in the one of side corner of fabric and press on 3 position side of machine ( left, middle, right ) and give the identify each panel for style, date, time, and position test

Step 3

Pull test the panel using the digital weigh scale and test for the maximum scale and put the data to the paper on panel

Step 4  

Put the panel after test and attached on the report

MANUAL FOR USING THE AQUA - BOY

Manual For Using The Aqua - Boy

1. CHECK THE BATTERY FIRST

If the Pointer reaches the red zone as the picture, means the electricity is good. Otherwise, replace the battery if the pointer not reach on red zone.

2. CALIBRATION 

Calibration Value ( 70 )

1.The Calibration Electrode has a calibration value, which marked on the electrode. (Different calibration electrode may have different value).

2.Connect the “Calibration Electrode” to the Aqua-Boy and push white button.

3.Display on the Auqa-Boy should show exact figure as the calibration electrode’s value.

4.If there is difference with Aqua-Boy display and the calibration electrode, the Aqua-Boy may have problem. Return it to supplier for checking. 

3. Connect the Universal Electrode Holder to one end of the cable &  Connect the other end of cable to aqua boy meter

4. Use this electrode for  fabric / garment surface & Put the electrode surface to the garment pull the white button and read the data

Measure the garment on top and bottom area if garment have inner / lining measure also lining on top and bottom area ( see the form report for detail )

5. HOW TO ACESS THE DATA

1. After put the electrode surface on garment and pull the white button the pointer will read data

2. The readings obtained on the upper centesimal scale are converted from the readings of lower scales. By doing this, users are able to use the Comparison Table to tell the moisture content of the fibers other than wool, rayon or cotton

3. To easy access the data pls use below chart using Maximum acceptable upper centesimal scale  as per fabric content sample checking
