1.         Job Description
In-house QA is in charge of monitoring quality of factories on each operation according to manager QA assignation to ensure that factory is doing correct procedure/working instruction.

2.         Job roles
2.1 control quality of all dept. Of factories such as fabric ware house, cutting , semi- finished goods inspection ,s ewing , finishing , measurement, packing.
2.2 verify all details on each operation such as material , QRS , trim card etc againts PO sheet.
2.3 any quality problems on each working progress immediately inform to foreman/leader and ask them on corrective action plan prior to move other operation.
2.4 Co- ordinate factories supervisor to monitoring quality , ensure integrity quality before shipping .

3.         Reporting channel

Report to QA Manager if there are any problems occured on their operation to resolve.

Ruang Lingkup:             Ruang lingkup prosedur kerja ini adalah meliputi proses pengecekan kain secara manual dari pelanggan. Urutan Kerja: 2.1. Manual For Using The Aqua - Boy 1. CHECK THE BATTERY FIRST If the Pointer reaches the red zone as the picture, means the electricity is good. Otherwise, replace the battery if the pointer not reach on red zone. 2. CALIBRATION  Calibration Value ( 70 ) 1.The Calibration Electrode has a calibration value, which marked on the electrode. (Different calibration electrode may have different value). 2.Connect the “Calibration Electrode” to the Aqua-Boy and push white button. 3.Display on the Auqa -Boy should show exact figure as the calibration electrode’s value. 4.If there is difference with Aqua-Boy display and the calibration electrode, the Aqua-Boy may have problem.
